Its Starts
Well not exactly now and not exactly tomorrow but the dreaded start of Term three officially rears its head on Tuesday morning at eight forty five. Wish me luck

Fire
My eyes are burning due to the lack of sleep and them staring at a computer screen at six in the morning. Ugh what I do for you (sarcasm).

Cake
Its my friends birthday party tomorrow so I'm a tad excited for that (litotes). I 'm also popping down to Auckland in search of a camera that I won't take some many stock image looking photos on (see above). Anyway have a good weekend I may not post tomorrow but who knows. In the words of Tigger "TTFN"

Making sure I get enough sleep and soak up enough calm before the mad rush in term three, yeah right.

Frustration
Hindsight is an infuriating thing whether that be in sight of recent events or whether it be personal hindsight. Ultimately we must move forward and deal with the past being, just that and look toward something better.

Performing Arts
This maybe my last instalment of my photo essay on my school's refurbished Performing Arts Building, but who knows. I still have a tonne of pictures that I love (that are from my pictures of this) but they might just not be in this series. Anywho you can look at the others here and see the development yourself.
SIDENOTE: Sorry I haven't had time to put them into a page so just follow the links.

Extracting
That moment when you can't fully convey what you mean to others seems to happen quite frequently in my life, though after a few incomplete sentences and incoherent rambling they generally understand what I mean or just feign it because they really can't be bothered dealing with the drivel cascading out of my mouth. Anywho I'm off to watch some films instead of doing actual work. Oh and have a good one/weekend

DING
I've finally got it. Although I'm not doing Prayers for Bobby which is a bit sad that I can't explore that idea/theme but I've got years to do so somewhere down the line.

Blanks
Being blank is only okay if you are Tim Blank, but i digress. My mind has been (cue innuendo) thus I have been a tad creatively stumped. However tomorrows another day and I don't think I can bear another day of painting suitcases in a variety of colours, yes my art board has stooped so low. I mentioned "Prayers for Bobby" quite recently in one of my rambling posts and I think that maybe the instigator a new theme for my board. That said I will now need to pump out 50 works in nine and a half weeks, this is why the picture is of a chair because I won't be resting for a long time.

Monday
When I can't think of titles I use days of the week. I may just do that this week because the picture wasn't hip enough already.
Need to get started on the whole essay thing. What a great way to officially start the holidays

Prayers for Bobby
I couldn't stop crying whilst watching it last night (I know gay cinema should be more than just the heartbreaking loss of life but it was amazing). I couldn't get it out my head after watching it and I still can't so I thought that making a photograph that is in tribute to his story would be best.

Shipping out
Final day of term and said good-bye to some of the exchange students that are leaving, which was like a taste of what it is going to be like at the end of the year. Although I didn't know them well it was still the idea that I probably will never see them face to face again which it maybe like with some of the friends that I've had over high school. I'm just terrible with good-byes, hopefully I'll get better or expect rivers of tears come the end of this year.
SIDENOTE: sorry about the picture quality I blame the file compression.

Fishing the depths of my photos and finding this picture brings back memories not necessarily good ones but memories nonetheless.

Are the clouds in the sky. I know I talk about weather a lot but thank goodness for one blue skied weekend during this miserable winter

Six Degrees
I have no idea if anyone has noticed my ailing attempts to make this blog not so schizophrenic with this whole six degrees of separation for each post. For example the last post was taken of a Mobil mart and this is another Mobil mart but its different the post before that was of a my friend Piper's car which was the car is the last post. I'll stop pointlessly rambling now. Have frabjuos day O Callooh Callay

Condensation
Much like my friend Piper's car my windows have enough moister on them to hydrate Bear Grills in the Sahara. On a little tangent the ball is coming up and I'm going with Piper in a suit with matching tartan because that is how we roll.

Street Lights
Annoying when they are shining in your window when you are trying to get to sleep, helpful when you are walking down a side-road at night.

Grids
Great things to organise things within. Taken at the Sky Tower it has a see through floor but just marvel at its ceiling.
